Peter Frank

Peter Frank focuses his practice on real estate and business law.  Peter has a wealth of experience with the intersection of business and the law.  Before Peter attended law school, he worked as a manager at Best Buy, Inc.’s corporate office in Richfield, Minnesota.  Peter’s business experience gives him the perspective he needs to understand that taking legal action only makes sense when it is likely to achieve a positive business outcome.  Peter looks at every case and every client individually and always endeavors to find the right solution to deliver value to his clients.

Before working for GDO Law, Peter was a Judicial Law Clerk for the Honorable Thomas M. Fitzpatrick in the Tenth Judicial District of Minnesota.  Peter graduated summa cum laude from William Mitchell College of Law where he was a staff member of the William Mitchell Law Review.  Peter earned his undergraduate degree from Saint Cloud State University where he graduated cum laude.

In his free time, Peter enjoys reading, cheering for the Twins and Vikings, and spending time with his wife, Gayle.
